Resourcing, Development Training, Continuing Education…

10 May 2016 No Comment

Resourcing, Development Training, Continuing Education – whatever term you use,

we are talking about what you take time to do to continue to improve your practice in a certain area.

We often have these goals in workplaces, but what about the different ministries we are involved in?

How do we continue to be the best Christian witnesses we can be for our roles with children, families, students, refugees, seniors, and any other ministry you can think of? Its part of our own Christian formation as disciples, and it’s also part of our responsibility to always seek the best for those we serve, not ‘just enough’.

These days there are SO MANY options for development training and education, in so many different formats and requiring different amounts of time and commitment. From 2 hour workshops, to day seminars, to weekend conference, to certificate courses, or university study – they all can contribute to not only our witness, but our personal formation as Christians.Library_TrinityDublin
